Sometimes the receiver cannot work when you press wall switches several times,there maybe an interference around.So you need to clean data and pair with wall switch again

No.The device only works when you pressed the switch again.Our products are designed for saving energy.

3.Does the receiver need Neutral line?
No sir,it is single fire line switch

4.Do i have to use the capacitor?
It depends on your devices.This is capacitor is an insurance.If your bulb has flickers,i think you can try to connect with capacitor.Usually we donot use capacitor.
